• We strive for accuracy, but pricing or typographical errors may occur. If an item's price is wrong, we'll contact you before charging or shipping.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. You authorize us to charge your chosen method for the full order total.

5. Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & warranty

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Our products carry a 10-year guarantee against rust, warping, and manufacturing defects under normal household use. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal cosmetic wear. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
